History[]
A mortal man that replaced every part of his body with a mechanical part (wonders of steam technology as he puts it), Scrapperton is a kindly-seeming robo-man. However, he changes when he obtained a strange gear staff called Mr. Cogsmith, whom he can sync his mind with. The end of his debut episode reveals that the staff is actually the Skeleton King's staff, implying that the staff corrupted him, as it's the staff that told him to build the mecha realm and possibly to collect Shuggazoom. He collects mostly useless junk, but his collecting habits can get in the way of his mind. He lured the Monkeys to his lair by capturing Sparx, and soon stole all of their hands and hand attachments.
He returns in Ape New World, where it's revealed that he later made robot apes that worshiped the monkeys in order to trick them into joining him, and was taken by the robot apes when they left the city at the end of the episode, after having escaped from under the influence of his mind control chips. He returned in the episode In the Grip of Evil (walking past Otto, Gibson and Sparx before entering the elevator monster which then disappeared), as did most villains from the show. His former name was Duke Scrapperton, Grand Earl of the Mecha Realm.

- The Robot Monkey's Weapons: In his first encounter with the Hyperforce he took the Robot Monkey's hand weapons and attached them to himself.
- Sparx' Magnets: He had these attached to retractable arms on his back but then attached it to a large antennae that he tried to use to collect Shuggazoom.
- Magna-Ball Blazer.
- Repulso-Ray.
- Weapon Hand Cylinders: After Scrapperton stole the other monkeys' weapons, he attached them into two cylinders with four holes at the front which can deploy the weapons, these cylinders are attached to retractable mechanical arms on his back.

Trivia[]
- Scrapperton, who was obsessed with collecting things, claims his most prized set of collectibles was his entire set of Sun Riders action figures. A very small set, but the toys were clearly hard to come by.
- When he was human, he had a mustache and wore expensive clothes that imply that he was extremely wealthy, but after an accident of some sort cost him his leg and he needed a prosthetic replacement, he obviously squandered his fortune to get "a full matching set" even though he didn't really need the extra parts, even though he claimed it was a good call to use a fuel efficient carburetor to replace his organic lungs on account of that part of him being "raspy" from smoking his pipe.
