Throughout the series, they appeared to be ordinary and innocent citizens of Shuggazoom City, and even Chiro trusted them. They're actually leaders of the Skeletal Circle, and Valeena's loving yet somewhat critical parents, who chose her to accept Skeleton King's power. Once they tried to use the Skeleton King's skull to lay curses on Shuggazoom, and were on the verge of emerging victorious against the Hyperforce. However, partly due to Valeena's intervention, they failed and were subsequently arrested.
